Who We Are

Random Parks, Corp. (RPC) is the evolution of the Land Consolidation Enterprise established by Atty. Crisolito Diondio and Atty. Clarence Guerrero.

Together with their managing partner and shareholder, Joe Bailey Guerrero, RPC establishes INDUSTRIAL, AGRICULTURAL and LIESURE parks all throughout the Philippi

RPC engages in the following park related activities:

  • Land Acquisition and Consolidation
  • Master Planning and Construction
  • Warehouse Fabrication
  • Securing Local and National Government Support/Permits/Incentives
  • Park Management including Sales, Finance and Marketing
  • Utilities (Connection, Distribution & Management)

The Journey

Atty. Cristolito Dionido (COD) and Atty. Clarence Guerrero (CDG) are engaged in the business of land acquisition and consolidation of large tracks of land for future sale to real estate developers.

During their course of business, principals COD and CDG set aside properties beside residential and commercial developments in key cities throughout the Philippines

Their investments gained local government support and have deep ties with Mayors, Captains etc.

They also endeavored to prepare the properties for development including securing ROAD ACCESSES, DEVELOPMENT PERMITS, LAND RECLASSIFACTION, DAR EXEMPTIONS.

The properties are now primed for development
